1. Live Plants π±
Due to the perishable nature of plants, we do not accept returns for live plants once they have been delivered.
If your plant arrives damaged, unhealthy, or in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
2. Seeds πΎ
Seeds can be returned within 7 days of delivery only if they are sealed, unused, and in original packaging.
Germination results depend on various factors like soil, climate, and care, so we do not offer refunds for poor germination.
3. Pots, Planters, Fertilizers & Accessories πͺ΄
Can be returned within 7 days if unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Damaged or defective products will be replaced or refunded after verification.
4. How to Request a Return/Replacement

Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.
Approved returns must be shipped back to us in their original condition.
5. Refund Process π³
Refunds will be initiated within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during the purchase.
In case of COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit.
