• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Coverage

• We currently ship across India.

• Some remote or restricted locations may have limited delivery services. We will contact you if your location is not serviceable.

3. Shipping Charges

5. Packaging & Handling

• All plants are shipped in protective eco-friendly packaging to ensure they remain safe and undamaged during transit.

• Seeds are packed in airtight pouches to maintain freshness.

• Pots and accessories are securely bubble-wrapped to avoid breakage.

6. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number.

• You can track your order using the link provided in the email or directly on our website.

7. Delays & Non-Delivery

• Vleaves will not be held responsible for delays caused by courier companies, incorrect addresses, or force majeure events (floods, strikes, natural disasters, etc.).

• In case of non-delivery, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

8. International Shipping

• Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
