All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email or phone.

We currently ship across India.
Some remote or restricted locations may have limited delivery services. We will contact you if your location is not serviceable.

All plants are shipped in protective eco-friendly packaging to ensure they remain safe and undamaged during transit.
Seeds are packed in airtight pouches to maintain freshness.
Pots and accessories are securely bubble-wrapped to avoid breakage.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number.
You can track your order using the link provided in the email or directly on our website.
7. Delays & Non-Delivery
Vleaves will not be held responsible for delays caused by courier companies, incorrect addresses, or force majeure events (floods, strikes, natural disasters, etc.).
In case of non-delivery, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
